The Fresh Crepe creates French-style crepes with a wide variety of delicious fillings. Amy and Jim use mainly local ingredients in their crepes to support local businesses. They have been a part of the Farmers Market since April 2011, and have quickly gained a loyal following for their creative menu stylings. Their ingredients include seasonal produce from market vendors, as well as goat and cows milk cheeses from areas farms. They offer many varieties of crepes and are constantly offering something new and delicious for their fans to try.
